Bertha Gilkey went on to continue talking about changing ownership to tenants around the world and in 1993 there were about 16,000 project tenement conversions and at this point in time, there are over One million project tenement conversions worldwide.

Nate Brooks has continued and expanded his influence in the real estate industry by being the first Executive hired and responsible for developing the website for the most success online real estate business in the world and it is still publicly traded today.
