It was 7:00 pm in the evening. I put the book down and I went to the Century 21 Raintree shopping plaza and there was a woman sitting at the front desk, Shirley Jaffe. I told her, “Shirley, before you go home tonight, I am going to buy a property from you…by 10:30 pm that night…I had a signed contract.” The interesting part of the story was that I had NO MONEY in my bank account…but, I did have an income stream. It was AFTER I signed the contract…that my mind came up with the creative solution on HOW to get the money to complete the purchase. I believed the book’s message… “begin your plan at once, whether you are ready or not.” That positive experience with personal success and wealth creation is what started me on my journey.

Since 1981 (that’s over 27 years), I have read, on average, over 16 books per month, that’s more than 5,000 books and I have listed to thousands and thousands of audios in these areas. The areas of concentration for these fields of study have been solely in the following areas:
