Real Estate Business Plan Master List
What kind of projects or activities can you put into your personal business plan?
When you look at your real estate practice as a business that you will develop and grow over the next several years, you might want to start out with some type of list of possible projects.
I have included a sample list of things that you may want to consider over time as possibilities for you to implement in your business.
You don’t want to be like the kid in the candy store who wants everything…and you want it now. You must be patient with yourself and have a sensible approach to implementing activities into your business. Always remember you must be implementing things that can be implemented relatively quickly so that you can get those things working to help you build your business.
Personally, I outline everything I do so that when I teach agents how to implement the project, it is fairly straight-forward for them to do themselves.
What I would do if I were you?
I would make up my own list without thinking about them as being doable or not doable. Then, from your master list…choose the top 12 to 15 systems you would want to implement into your business. Simply stated, you do the easy projects on your list, when you are busy doing deals. And, you do the more longer term projects, as you are prospecting trying to get new deals into your business.
Here’s a sample master list:
1. Affiliate Endorsement Letter

Once you have written down your own potential list of possible projects, you begin process of choosing which ones to implement and in what order should they be implemented. Choose easy ones to begin with and then, added the huge differentiators when you have more time and more capital to invest.
I have several other projects that I coach people to incorporate into their Business Plans like the following:
1. Portable CMA Concept For Your Target Market System
2. Multicolored Buyer and Seller Contract System
3. 3 Week To Dominance System Using 200 Home Concept
4. Multiple Offer Lock In Strategies

The key to being able to grow your business exponentially is to add one system and then, make sure you keep that system operating while you add the next system and then, you will add the next system. Your goals should be to keep adding new systems so these become the “multiplier effect” in your business as you continually keep the old systems and keep adding the next systems into your business, month after month after month.
